This paper brings up the question of television information, between professionalism commitments and constraints of deontology in media field, also amid looking forward to attracting audience, satisfying owners and serving their goals, using disinformation and falsification of facts in order to manipulate and orientate public opinion.

Within the huge amount of information and multiplication of sources due to modern technologies of information and communication, TV channels have moved away from their main role which is informing public opinion objectively and professionally.

Further still, they lost all reliance relating facts as they are; without distorting or defaming, contributing in changing them into political and ideological showdowns, or even racial and sectarian tensions.

International frictions and manipulations supported by media practices, way far from any objectivity, have broadened events until growing them to be regional and international crises, and turning media exercise into campaign serving interests and dividing areas of influence, in some cases paying personal accounts between countries leaders, letting people pay the price, and potentials of many nation wipe away.

TV channels coverage has become a real media war, contributing effectively in igniting these crises by inciting hatred and ideological confrontations.

While colonialism has divided nations using maps, borders and armies, today's divisions are based on exploiting sectarian, ideological and cultural conflicts employing all means of the soft power, whose information and communication media is considered as the angular stone, using noble values like human rights, social and democratic justice and freedom of expression, as their principal slogan, covering up their real intentions and interests.
