Gateways in general constitute a new challenge to the information systems of international economic institutions in general, and Algeria in particular, as it has become one of the most common technologies.

Documentary portals are considered one of the types of portals, as they are considered as a unified access / access point for documents in the institution.

As a result of technical development, since the documentary portal is a modern technological tool in Algerian institutions; This type of portal has been associated with new institutional practices known as digital documentary mediation.

The LRP Group has created its own documentary portal, through which it proposes a set of services.

The research paper will try to draw attention to its services as well as touch upon what this portal has added to the institution and its employees.

The research paper also focused on the role played by this type of portal through the use of my corresponding tools and questionnaire as my tool for collecting information.

The study aims to address the new practices that were brought about by technological development and known as digital documentary mediation through a historical process and a theoretical approach to a group of researchers.
