Several attempts seek, wittingly or in good faith, to distance Sharia studies from many fields of knowledge, on the pretext that they confuse those who specialize in Sharia sciences and their minds or under the pretence that this knowledge is Western and represents an intellectual invasion that aims to break the foundations of Islamic culture and to destroy the edifice of the intellectual construction of specialists.

Thus, the present paper tries to identify the most important motivations of interest in the humanities to this category of students, professors, and all interested in Sharia sciences or religious affairs.

It emphasizes the importance of this field in studying the human being and understanding his conditions, which is benefic to jurisprudence and fundamentalist studies, to devise provisions that are appropriate for the individual or collective Muslims and The human community.
