At present, the world lives in the age of international organization leaded by the United Nations and other international organizations, national and specialized or with private nature.

In addition to other groups and non – governmental organizations.

It’s obvious that these organizations do not have the needed efficiency in law, which was demanded by the members of the International Society when they established it.

One century was passed.

Since these organizations were established, this has essential rule in the International relations and became an effective tool for cooperation and fruitful arguments.

But on the other hand, these organizations became a heavy charge on the countries which accuse some of these organizations that they are getting over their authorities or they neglect their duties, all these are because these organizations are surrender to political forces.

As best example of the inability of these organization is what is happening in the United States and the International peace Council and the International atomic energy agency and in the International Bank and Monetary fund.

But despite of that we cannot circulate this idea on the whole organizations which differs according to its efficiency from one to another according to its historical development and its legal nature, its duties.

This leads to determine the negative aspects in these organizations in order to be bypassed in case their members are truthful.
