The research aims to address humanitarian intervention, whose purpose has been linked to the protection or assistance of those at risk and to the protection of human rights in general, as well as to find out the circumstances that have made it one of the main pillars for achieving international security peace, despite the controversy raised around it to this day again, especially with regard to the possibility of a clash between humanitarian intervention and the principle of state sovereignty.

We have concluded that the modern concept of humanitarian intervention is enshrined through the world order, , and we have found that the seriousness of the political and legal implications of intervention, particularly with the existence of continental principles in general international law such as the principle of sovereignty and the principle of non-interference, has allowed the trend towards the responsibility of protection as an alternative to humanitarian intervention.
