All parliamentary systems provide for the existence of parliamentary oversight exercised by members of the House of Representatives towards the government as a whole or on one of the ministers, and this oversight is exercised according to the constitution and the law in matters related to the work of the government or one of its ministers, but sometimes this control is exercised not for the public interest, but for other purposes that is, oversight deviates from the limits set by the constitution and the law, and then there is a deviation of power by members of Parliament.
