The issue of migration and refugee is one of the most sensitive issues linked to multiple security, social, economic, environmental and even humanitarian factors.

The motives for migration and refugee have increased since the end of the cold war and become vague concepts, especially given the content of the traditional concept of both forced migration and asylum, which is no longer true.

Thus, this study attempts to clarify the different types of migration and refugee and the reasons behind them by critically examining the different types of migration that exist realistically and are legally ent by determining the content of migration and asylum and the concepts that intersect with them.

especially in the light of what the world is witnessing today in the Covid-19 pandemic and its consequences, such as the restriction of freedom of movement in response to health needs within a health passport, have further complicated the concept of migration and freedom of movement in general.
