The Council is responsible for the preparation, drafting and interpretation of draft laws, and is responsible for consulting supreme authorities in the State, as well as its role in the field of administrative justice.

Accordingly, the member of the Council of State, as a human who may be mistaken and may be right, must be placed within the scope of accountability, whether criminal or disciplinary.
