This research aims to analyze the Algerian foreign policy between the need for stability and change towards Euro-Maghreb relations, by identifying the concept of Algerian foreign policy towards Euro-Maghreb relations, and knowing the trends of Algerian foreign policy towards Maghreb countries and identifying The most important roles it plays with the Maghreb neighboring countries, in addressing some of the challenges on the political, social, economic and security levels, in addition to understand the most important changes that happened in Algerian foreign policy towards Maghreb relations, according to a new analysis perspectives, this consistency and change in Algerian foreign policy in its Euro-Maghreb relationship is due to the regional environment and its challenges, as well as to the structure of the international system as a whole.
