from the foregoing, the importance of electoral campaign financing and its role in the integrity of the elections becomes clear.

therefore, it is necessary to know how the Algerian legislator organized the sources of financing the electoral campaign in the iron election law? answering the forms requires addressing private and public sources of funding, and studying the subject requires both descriptive and analytical approaches.

the aim of this modest study is to address a new complex topic of great importance and research in the texts of the new electoral law to find out the strengths and shortcomings.
