There is no doubt that the declaration of a state of emergency and the consequent absence of security rules from the aspects of life and the loss of the judiciary for its independence, the violation of the right to liberty and the personal safety of detainees is common in some states and therefore not subject to any legal controls.

this article deals with the guarantees established in international law for detainees in the face of enforced disappearance, from the study of international efforts to combat the enforced disappearance of detainees, as well as dealing with enforced disappearance and the violation of the rights of those who are restricted.
