The study aimed to analyze the phenomenon of illegal immigration by identifying the concept of illegal immigration identifying the images and characteristics of this negative phenomenon and analyzing the causes and motives driving this phenomenon internationally.

this study also highlighted the most prominent collective international legal efforts to reduce this phenomenon and mentioned the legal efforts of the kingdom of Jordan as a model legal.

the study showed that among the most prominent of them are political, economic, environmental and social media factors, and in light of the results of the study, a number of recommendations were made that dealt with the economic aspect in the countries that export illegal immigration through concluding bilateral work agreements between the countries that export and receive illegal immigrants motivated by work according to the law of supply and demand in the international labor market, where these agreements will be effective and effective regulator to prevent the growth of the phenomenon of illegal immigration, and review national legislation in countries where this phenomenon is concentrated, whether they are sending countries, receiving countries or countries of transit, and tightening the punishment for all parties and those involved in the stages of this crime.
