Human rights, including the right to hold peaceful public meetings, are balanced and unstable, progressing and falling according to internal and external political and economic conditions, they grow and take root in proper practice, awareness and enlightened dialogue, that is the embodiment of the principles of democracy, freedom of opinion and the rule of law, they are an integral part, they must be respected and protected as inherent and inalienable rights, it is not permissible to impose restrictions on them except for restrictions imposed by law, public order, public security and safety, and the national interest.

and they cannot be described as not good, compared to the situation in some Arab countries and third world countries, and cannot be described as good, compared to the situation in some countries of Europe and America.
