Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the level of environmental citizenship for blind second cycle students in the Sultanate of Oman, in addition to determining the effect of the age and the residential area.

The study employed the descriptive method.

The sample of the study consisted of (80) male & female.

The results concluded that the level of environmental citizenship among blind students in the Sultanate of Oman came with a degree of great agreement in all fields (environmental culture, responsible environmental behavior, volunteering in environmental activities), and that the statistically significant differences between responses Members of the study sample for the time-age variable in the grand total between (11-12 years) and (13-14 years) in favor of (11-12 years), and between (15-16 years) and (13-14 years) in favor of (15-16 years) Year), and the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the responses of the members of the study sample due to the variable of the residential governorate.

The study recommended conducting more studies on environmental citizenship for the different academic levels, and studying it with different variables.
