الممارسات القيادية بجامعة مدينة السادات في ضوء نموذج التميز الأوروبي EFQM: دراسة تقويمية

Abstract EN

The aim of the present study was to evaluate leadership practices at Sadat City University (USC) from the perspective of the European Excellence Model (EFQM) by investigating the importance and availability of leadership practices in the EFQM from the point of view of the leaders at the USC.

The descriptive analytical method was used in the study by applying a questionnaire to a sample of (45) academic, technical and administrative leaders.

The study results revealed that the leadership practices at the USC from the perspective of the EFQM proved to be of great importance from the leaders' point of view in the USC according to the different axes of the questionnaire.

In addition, the results clarified that the leadership practices at the USC from the perspective of the EFQM were also available to a medium degree.

The study recommended that the Egyptian universities and the University of Sadat City in particular should follow the EFQM approach to develop their performance and keep the distinguished universities in the world.
