Abstract EN

This study aims to present the current financial policy in Algeria, in addition to the experience of Islamic financial policy in Malaysia and its impact on financial markets and financing the budget deficit, Whereas, some of the products of Islamic finance were presented and identified the most important challenges impeding their success in Algeria, In order to achieve this target, The analytical descriptive approach was adopted, based on collection data from various sources.

The results of this study showed that the biggest challenge facing financial banks is the absence of a legal framework for them.

in the end, the Algerian government pursued a mysterious financial policy that led it to achieve a deficit in the general budget for ten years, Which requires them to hasten to a legitimate alternative compatible with the belief of its people to move the economic wheel, as is the case with the Malaysian economy, on the one hand, and what the Islamic financial tools, especially the sukuk, achieved in their development and protection from financial crises.
