In order to develop a project for the renaissance of the Algerian state according to the current data, it is necessary to reconsider some historical milestones that have met a lot of controversy and correct them to stabilize the civilization depth of the people, then put the intellectual framework that reflects the concept of the nation and its philosophical background and respond to some contradictory ideas and correct them in line with the project of contemporary renaissance, Then give an overview of the physical framework represented in the economy and the strategic framework represented in monitoring international changes and determining the position of Algeria in them.

Accordingly, this article has dealt with philosophically speaking all the fallacies that are taking place in Algeria under the names of secularism, liberalism, socialism, globalization and others.

It revealed that material philosophies can reveal their contradictions through the same type as well, so the choice of propertarianism philosophy as a critical model that helps to re-view the concepts of civilization and philosophy And society, the state and others.

As for strategically, the issue of normalization with the Zionists hides several mysteries, the most important of which is that it includes an American strategy called (the strategy of regional power balance), which calls for revealing Algeria's position in this strategy on the one hand, and the future of international relations in North Africa and the Middle East on the other hand, as well as the prevailing fallacies.

Under which the tendency of normalization is hidden, especially after linking the Sahrawi issue in western Algeria to this dangerous strategy, which increased the intensity of the strategic battles and expectations in the region
