Abstract EN

Having examined the situation of our society in an accurate methodical manner, Malik bin Nabi stressed on the drawbacks that impede the movement of society as well as on their origins.

He pointed out that their elimination requires change and renewal in accordance with a comprehensive plan that includes the individuals first then the society.

He made out that Cultural diseases have emerged in Muslim societies which have decimated the nation and prevented the mobilization of energies, consequently, hindering the civilizational will towards construction and renewal.

He considers that relationship between the civilizational will and the possibility of civilization is causal, since it is not the products that make civilization but it is civilization which generates its products
