The excesses that characterized the reality of urbanization in our country, illegal buildings and unfinished construction, have distorted the residential environment, and our cities have lost their splendor and beauty, hence the need to develop construction tools to reduce the prevailing urban chaos and to make these constructions completed or under construction in accordance with standards, these tools are included in law n° 08-15 setting the rules for bringing buildings into conformity and their completion.
