يعتبر التوجه نحو البلدية الإلكترونية من قضايا الساعة نظرا للتطور الحاصل في شتى مجالات الحياة و نشوء ما يسمى المجتمع الإلكتروني، و بما أن البلدية جزء لا يتجزأ من هذا المجتمع فينبغي توجهيها لتصبح هي الأخرى إلكترونية.
و ليتحقق ذلك من الضروري البحث عن كيفية تجسيد فكرة التوجه نحو البلدية الإلكترونية.
و كذا تحديد واقع التوجه نحوها في الجزائر
Abstract EN
The orientation towards the electronic municipality is one of the issues of the day due to the development taking place in various areas of life and the emergence of the so-called electronic society, and since the municipality is an integral part of this society, it should be directed to become the other electronic.
For this to happen, it is necessary to search for how to embody the idea of heading towards the e-municipality.
As well as determining the reality of its orientation towards it in Algeria.

L'orientation vers la municipalité électronique est l'un des enjeux du jour en raison du développement qui se déroule dans divers domaines de la vie et de l'émergence de la soi-disant municipal électronique, et puisque la municipalité fait partie intégrante de cette société, elle devrait être dirigée pour devenir l'autre électronique.
Pour cela, il est nécessaire de chercher comment incarner l'idée de se diriger vers la e-municipalité.
En plus de déterminer la réalité de son orientation à son égard en Algérie.
