This study aimed to determine the level of organizational commitment of university professor, according to the sex variable, where touched a sample of 112 men and a woman working at the University of Mohamed Lamine Dbagain Setif 02 and the University of Ferhat Abbas Setif 1 in Algeria, has been relying on the survey as a tool for the study, and the study found several results most notably that there are statistically significant differences in the level of regulatory compliance related to gender differences
