This aim of this study is to explore the level of professional self-efficacy among a sample of secondary Education Teachers in the city of batna, the descriptive approach was adopted to achieve the goal of the research work, end a professional self-efficacy questionnaire, developed by the tow researchers, was used.

the latter has four axes its, And was applied en a sample of the 103 teachers in secondary education, selected adopting the Random Method.

The findings of the study indicated that the level of professional self-efficacy among secondary education Teachers is high, and no differences were found in the level of professional self-efficacy among the participants in all the four areas of the questionnaire that can be related to the variables of gender and specialization.
