this study aims to highlight the main advantages of Block chain, and the impact of this innovation on the activity of financial intermediaries.

It shows that the Block chain is likely to reduce the costs associated with financial intermediation.

The study also sheds the light on the main shortcomings of this technology which will hinder its future development.

The study concluded that the use of Block chain would develop the domestic and international financial system because of its advantages such as transparency, safety and cost reduction.

The study also concluded that legislative and regulatory frameworks should be developed by those authorized to reduce the risks to the system.
