This study aimed to reveal the differences in emotional intelligence according to the variables of gender, educational level and years of experience, and the study sample amounted to (30) employees in the directorate of youth and sports, Souk Ahras, the sample was chosen by the comprehensive inventory method, and the emotional intelligence scale was applied to them, and the study reached the following results: -there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the study sample members about emotional intelligence due to the variables "educational level and years of experience" ..
