During the first fertile period in human history, the world's oldest civilizations developed.

This laid the foundation for today's urban progress, symbolized in the state's development and in the transition to modern city life.

The first system of government ruled under a strict social pyramid supported by military and religious powers.

As these neighboring civilizations collided, they occluded each other.

As a result, the history of these civilizations and their interaction is an essential research focus that examines the mutual influences between peoples on the development of city-states.

In this research project, we will focus on the civilizations of the Persian Gulf and the Anatolian Plateau.

Both regions are considered among the oldest civilizations to have emerged after Mesopotamia, the Levant, and Egypt.

We will try to find answers to two questions: how did the civilizations of these two regions arise? And how did they develop and be influenced by neighboring civilizations in Mesopotamia as models?
