Abstract EN

The study dealt with the impact of human relations on job stability by application: on the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company, the problem of the research was that some institutions whose employees suffer from job instability, and perhaps this is due to the low level of human relations within institutions, which negatively affected job stability, and the study aimed to Knowing the human relations represented in values and group dynamics, their impact on job stability by applying to the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company, and accordingly the hypothesis was tested which states that there is a statistically significant relationship between human relations and job stability.

The study relied on a random sample from the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company, and a questionnaire was used to collect field data.

The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach.

The results of the field study showed that there was statistical significance between the variables (values, group dynamics) as independent variables and job stability as a dependent variable.

The study recommended conducting more research and scientific studies related to the variables of the current study in other corporate sectors.
