Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the impact of the level of work stress on the degree of organizational loyalty, among the employees of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance, in Al-Baha region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ,and also to try to identify the causes, that increase work stress and also to identify the average differences in work pressure, and organizational loyalty of workers in the concerned ministry, which are attributed for personal and occupational variables.

Where there is a relationship between work stress, role conflict and ambiguity, job burdens, work environment, career progression, organizational culture and its impact on organizational loyalty.

The study used a questionnaire to collect information, and this was limited to the easy sampling method.

The study concluded with a number of findings, the most important of which are: There is a positive relationship between role conflict and ambiguity, workload and environment, career advancement and organizational culture, and between organizational loyalties.

Setting clear and conflict-free high-level policies ,to facilitate the employees’ tasks to complete the work, defining the duties entrusted to each person in a clear manner and delegating them with the necessary powers to accomplish them smoothly, working on setting controls for compliance with the lines of authority in the administrative body of the ministry’s work, as well as paying attention to training to raise the efficiency of workers and reduce their workload, work to employ sufficient staff to complete the work of the Ministry so that there should not be overcrowding of work, which negatively affects the organizational loyalty of workers, and to put in place a system of promotions for the creative and distinguished, to work on improving the work environment, and to pay attention to the aesthetic aspect of the workplace so that this leads to psychological comfort for workers and relieves work pressures about them.
