The study aimed to identify the impact of Total Quality Management in raising the efficiency of institutional performance and supporting the competitive advantage in commercial banks.

Where the study problem was represented in the following question: Does Total Quality Management contribute to raising the efficiency of institutional performance and support the competitive advantage? The study assumed that adopting the scientific approach in making decisions contributes to raising the efficiency of institutional performance.
