Research Topic : This research studies jurisprudential matters related to the use of the Quran in snap program due to the wide spread usage of this program.

Thus, there is need to know those matters and link them to the fundamentals of the sharia.

Research objective : Explaining the jurisprudential ruling of every form among the forms studied in accordance with sharia principles, and the research comprised putting the Quran in: 1-Stories of the users encouraging charity work or in intervals between them or for the purpose of marketing and announcement.

2-Mentioning selected definitions from its verse Research Problem : What is the jurisprudential ruling of using the Quran in snap program in the forms mentioned? Research findings : The ruling of using the Quran in snap program differs according to the way it is used but the most authentic view is that it is prohibited because it negates the glorification of the Quran it downgrades it except for putting it in the stories of the users of the program, the most authentic view on this is that it is permissible if certain conditions are fulfilled which are putting a caution before and after the story which will indicate that there are Quranic verses in it, and the purpose should be for benefits and not beautification.
