Abstract EN

This study has covered series problems were facing the main cities in Sudan is traffic jam and the lack of the traffic organizing in the roads, this research try to exists solve of such problems and inability which the company administration presently suffers about, and design modern system to solves such problems, it can able to making decision by augury to handling any problem before which rise for the mastic of making decision which making without correct scientific basics.

It has designed E-program instead of the old one, and the researcher has followed the directive methodology and descriptive method on this research and design data bases the series finding were result which can achieve the public goals when it apply and minimize the traffic jam immediately also keep the time of citizens which spend and employment the currentness reports for augury to improve the different making Decision process.
