: This topic deals with the concept of the judicial judgment issued by the trial judges, and what distinguishes it from other works.

It is distinguished by the effects the judicial judgment has as once it is issued, it produces several effects, “including what is of a positive nature, ” such as revealing about the disputed right' as a written evidence in the hands of the person who is convicted for it, as well as granting to the person in whose favour it was issued the right to execute and acquire the thing judged.

In addition to that, it cuts the statute of limitations.

Yet there are also effects of a negative nature, such as the dispute leaving the judge's jurisdiction, and the judgment gaining the authority of the thing.
