هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى دافعية للانجاز لدى عمال نظام الدوريات (4/4) بالمؤسسة الوطنية (ENAFOR) و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (122) عامل، تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، و لجمع البيانات أستخدم مقياس الدافعية للانجاز من إعداد و تقنين د.
بشير معمرية (2014)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: مستوى الدافعية للانجاز مرتفع لدى أفراد العينة، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الدافعية للانجاز تعزى لمتغير الحالة العائلية، و متغير الأقدمية
Abstract EN
The present study aimed to know the level of motivation of achievement among the workers of the patrol system (4/4) in the national institution (ENAFOR) and the sample of the study consisted of (122) workers, they were chosen in a deliberate way.
The study found the following results: The level of motivation for achievement is high among the respondents There are no statistically significant differences in the level of motivation for achievement due to the variability of the family situation There are no statistically significant differences in the level of motivation for achievement due to the seniority variable
