الإحتراق النفسي و علاقته ببعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية لدى عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة شندي (يناير - أبريل 2022)‎

Abstract EN

This Study aimed to identify the level of the psychological Burn- out and its relationships with some demographic variables among teaching staff in different Colleges of at Shendi university in Sudan.

The importance of this study came from that it addressing a very important category in the society that plays major roles which is the teaching staff, in addition to that there is no so many studies had addressed this topic especially to this category.

The researcher used descriptive analysis to a sample consisted of (72) teacher, whom selected using the Stratified random sampling method from different faculties in the university.

Data was collcctcd using structured questionnaire; and had been analyzed using IBM Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS).

Study has reached the following results:Conclusions: there is no significant in- crease in the Burnout level among teachers working in faculty of ed- ucation.

There is no statistically relationship between Burnout and the teacher’s gender, the marital status, or the administrative role the teach- er had in the faculty.

There is a reverse correlation between burnout and years of experience of working at the college.

There are a statistically significant differences in Burnout depending on the teacher's scientific degree.
