Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the effect of organizational support on the intention to leave work and organizational commitment as a mediating variable and to identify the extent of the impact of organizational trust as a modified variable in this relationship .

Using the descriptive analytical approach, a questionnaire was designed as a main tool for collecting data from the study sample, which is the sample of the private Sudanese universities in the state of Khartoum.

A set of results, the most important hich is that the dimensions of perceived organizational support do of wnot affect the intention to leave work, and the study recommended the need to work on the internal response to the variables that occur within universities to keep pace with the development in service provision, and focus on organizational support to reduce the level of intention to leave work .
