Abstract EN

This study aims at identify the administrative challenges facing the municipality of Liwa Al-Muwaqar as determined by the employees themselves.

The study used the descriptive survey method, and to achieve this, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (55) items It is divided into six areas.

It was applied to the study sample, which amounted to (70) male and female employees.

The results indicated that the degree of administrative challenges facing the Municipality of Liwa Al-Muwaqar as determined by the employees themselves, in the field of employment came to a large extent, and the field of guidance for employees to work proficiency and the field of leadership and taking The decision and the field of training and rehabilitation of employees came to a medium degree, while it came to a weak degree in the field of social environment challenges and the field of funding and budget preparation challenges.

The results also showed the absence of statistically significant differences in the degree of administrative challenges facing the Municipality of Liwa Al-Muwaqar as determined by the employees themselves due to the gender variable.
