The study aimed to have knowledge about the roles of in-strcual packages in raising efficiency of educational supervisors from questions and goals hypothesis plotted the researcher use the descriptive method to describe the re-search theory and to obtain data he designs a questioner after it has been laid to specialist it given to a sample from research society about 105 supervisor and an interview with education leaders.

And after statistical and spsas analyses the results obtained, it suits trains supervisors, it leads to raise effort of supervisors it.
