The labor inspectorate is one of the vital organs that contribute to the establishment of social peace.

The Labor Code, which was issued in 2003 and enteredinto force in 2004, is a legal basis for this body.

Where this code came with several contributions, including the organization of the tasks of the labor inspectorate, whether conciliatory, controlling, sensitization, oversight or administrative.

In addition, judicial work or judicial practice, in turn, contributed, along with Moroccan social legislation, to cases in which labor inspectors intervene.
