Defective coercion of consent is a coercion that corrupts consent without executing it.

In this situation, consent exists, but it is not valid, because the contractor was not free during the conclusion of the contract, due to the force of coercion on him.

Due to the complexity of the coercion subject, this study will be limited only to the cases of the impact of coercion on the contractor in both Tunisian and Moroccan laws.
