Abstract EN

This study tacklcd the cffcct of the business cthics as the main variable and job satisfaction as mediator On the reduction of the administrative corruption.

The research population included all the employees of the petro cat company for the road building in weSt kodofan state* where the sample of the research were chosen as purposive sample them excluding the labor Staff.

The research used the descriptive analysis method (ease Study).

The Study employed the descriptive method (case study) to Study the case of the sample.

Questionnaire is the main tool of data collection .the (114) Questionnaire were distributed among the sample The (92) Questionnaire reached among the total number as (91.22 %).Thc research finding are : There is positive relationship between the business and corruption in petro cat company for the road building.

The administrative procedures which used in the company are juStice and satisfied .Also it found that there some value like honest among the company employees when doing their formal work.
