Abstract EN

The thesis aimed to study the period of time that followed the ‘I World War’ and the development of the political relations between the states which followed it, after the international economy recession took place which affected the states relations that has an effect in the appearance of dictatorship in Europe.

The study used the historical approach that list the historical events and evaluate them and the descriptive approach.

The reached many results; the economy recession happened on account of the decisions made by the reconciliation conference , the United Nation economy recession also played a role in increasing the economy recession, the economy recession played a direct role in inversing the governing systems in German and Italy, ‘Alfashi’ system and ‘Alnazi’ in German did some economic flourishing on their states.

The study recommended ; to study the modern history of Europe, consider the political relations between the states during the ‘I World War’ and the II World War’ , study the political causes which result in tense of relations between Europe states and to study political relations between Europe and U.S.A
