Abstract EN

The paper deals with internal powers alliances and regional international forces and their role in violation of the sovereignty of States (Libya model in the period from 2011- 2020), The importance of the paper is trying to identify these alliances and its role in violation of Libyan sovereignty.

The problem of the paper is trying to highlight the role of regional forces in fueling divisions, conflicts and fighting on the Libyan political arena through its interference in Libyan internal affairs and support for one of the parties to the conflict without the other, which constitutes a violation of the sovereignty of Libya.

The paper was based on the hypothesis that the international regional forces are seeking from their intervention in the Libyan political crisis and its support to one of its parties to play a regional role to serve their interests and take advantage of the strategic location of Libya in Siag regional and international conflicts.

The paper was used in analyzing the historical, descriptive approach and study and legal study.

The paper reached several highlighted results: The Libyan political arena turned into a regional conflicts and proxy wars as a result of competing national powers alliances with regional international forces, aiming at regional powers aimed at their intervention in the Libyan political affairs to achieve its strategic, economic and security interests.
