Abstract EN

This study aims to use the model of discriminatory multigroup function to know the quality level of public services provided to the citizens of Gandto village in Shendi city and then to know the most important variables and services that affect the general level of services provided, the researcher used descriptive and analytical statistical method to reach the results of the study, and one of the most important findings of this study is; the model of discriminatory multi-group function estimated is an appropriate model for studying data and characterized by accuracy and has the ability for distinguishing, the level of public services the village of Gendato is of a medium level and needs great efforts by the citizens and the state to reach the good level, and the services that need a very large effort are (drainage – youth center - hospital - schools).
