Abstract EN

The study dealt with the financial right of the author and the methods of his exploitation in the Sudanese law for the year 2013.

The study aimed to introduce the financial copyright in the jurisprudence and Sudanese law and to highlight the national legislative aspect of protecting the financial rights of the author.

The importance of research was that the protection of the author’s financial rights Simulated authors and creators to further innovation and authorship, leading to the development of literary, artistic and scientific fields.

The study followed the descriptive analytical method.
