This study aimed to know the degree of quality of the administrative performance of the deans of the faculties of education (Aden / al-Dhalea) from the viewpoint of the faculty members in the two faculties, and whether there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average responses of the faculty members in the study sample according to gender variables: (male/female), college (education, Dden/al-Dhalea), years of teaching experience, and the study followed the exploratory survey method for its suitability for this type of research.

and educational administration, college of education, Aden, which numbered (84) faculty members a random sample of (40) faculty members was chosen, and the study tool was a questionnaire prepared by the researcher, which in its final form consisted of (29) paragraphs distributed over (5) areas: (strategic planning, administrative leadership, quality culture, control and development, and participation in decision-making), and the results of the study concluded: that the degree of quality of administrative performance of the deans of the faculties of education in Aden al-Dhalea was medium, and that with the exception of the third field (strategic planning), its arithmetic average was (47.2), and it corresponds to a poor quality degree of performance, while the rest of the fields were their averages arithmetic falls within the average degree of performance, and that the field of participation in administrative decision-making ranked first with an arithmetic average (78.2), followed by the field of administrative leadership in the second rank with an arithmetic average (71.2) then the field of control and development ranked third with a mean (61.2), then the field of quality culture ranked fourth with a mean (60.2) and a standard deviation (87.0), and finally in the fifth place came the field of strategic planning with a mean (47.2) as for the degree of faculty members’ evaluation of the quality of performance, with the exception of the field of strategic planning, it was weak, the rest of the four areas (administrative leadership, quality culture, control and development, and participation in decision-making) were medium, and the total degree of the combined fields was (also), in what the results of the study did not show statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05).
