HE Sudanese National Regime encountered a lot ofprob- lems in its early beginning as a result of malicious accumulation which inherited from the colonization as partial maneuvers and conspiracies which led to the collapse of the democratic rule and study comcs under the !؛؛giving power to the military.

،؛؛title of the Fir The Study aimed to Know why the government handled to the mil- itary (declining) the democracy and cancelling the parliament.lt is considered one of the most important issues in the modern and contemporary history of Sudan.The s^dy assumed that the trans- formation to the military government is not a revolutionary coup but it is a handling and receiving process.The study reached result as: Confiscating the democratic freedoms leading tltc country to the circle of military coups as a result of, the political conflict and economic drop.The study recommended that the military should be aware of their national work asprotecting thccountry, guarding the boundaries and creating civil socictyl،;،l by law and guarded by the constitution.

The study followed the analytical dc؛criptivc historical method and it depends on many references, notes, news- papers and magazines.
