The research aims ٠؛ address the difficulties faced by airline cooperation in some seasons and in cases of aircraft charters or the implementation of air transport operations by aircraft of non-con- tracted companies as it is the contracted carrier that appears in the air transport contract as a party in the I'acc of the passenger or the sender of the goods and has no difficulty in subjecting it to the Warsaw Convention، The claim of liability can also be brought against the contracting carrier even for the transport carried by the actual carrier, so the research aims to clarify these consequences and the s^dy reached conclusions, the most important of which is that the Paris Agreements واوا and the Warsaw Agreement 1929 did not address air insurance because the countries that were un- der the rule آم colonies or reserves, so these agreements did not reflect the intcrcsfs of these countries but after their independence these agreements were partially amended under the Provision of the Hague Protocol 1955, and to consider, The United States has the protocol, as well as the differences shown by the practical ap- plication with regard to dte responsibility of the air earner, so the Warsaw Convention and the 1955 Hague Protocol have been thor- oughly reviewed.

Hence the importance of the research that ا lie- Chicago Agreement of 1944 although it came after the Warsaw Agreement and rcpl؛،ce،l the Paris Agreement, but the Chicago Agreement of 1944 had nothing to do with air insurance but uni- fied the rules of air insurance.
