The paper examines Maghrebi controversy in fundamentals oflslamiejurisprudence.

The paper adopts the comparative methodology of the most important Islamic sects in the fourth-sixth eenturles, namely Ibadi, Ismaili, Dhahiriya and Maliki.

The paper seeks to show the authentic foundations of syllogism in Maghrebi Usuli thought.

Then, it Studies the complexity آه the link between the fundamentals of jurisprudence and the fundamentals of religion and shows that the doctrinal thought of these Maghrebi groups has influenced their fundamental approaches, and this is what seemed to be evident mainly among Ismailis and al-Dh;،h؛r؛ya.

The paper recommend؛؛ further research in the fundamental links between Islamic groups, by adopting a neutral comparative approach to show the impact, influence, interaction and complementarity of Islamic thought.
