Algeria is one of the countries that have known the phenomenon of unemployment since the first moments of restoring its independence .Algeria has worked on it through several policies, which were carried through stages using different mechanisms, which require showing the nature of employment policies’ stages that were in Algerian experience, and the mechanisms of treatment adopted.

All this will be discussed in this article.
