The study attempts to determine the quality of the relationship with the social and economic environment at the University of Adrar according to reports issued by the Internal Quality Assurance Unit in Algerian higher education institutions, Through a comparative study between the 2017 and 2018 assessments based on the national quality assurance internal reference, And the study is trying to address the problem of research through an applied field study of the quality assurance cell at the University of Adrar and considering this field is an urgent need to bring the university and its surroundings, Where the first evaluation report was issued in 2017,The study concluded that the evaluation in the two years was less than the average and recommended the need for all actors to intensify the quality of the relationship with the social and economic environment and the need to open the university to its social and economic environment through the application of the requirements of the new National Quality Assurance Reference Interior to address the gap in the University of Adrar.
