Abstract EN

The present research paper aims to identify the attitudes of the students of the College of Administrative Sciences, Najran University towards entrepreneurship and define the impact of specialization and academic year on these attitudes.

The study adopted the survey descriptive approach by applying a designed scale to a sample of (521) female students at the College of Administrative Sciences in 2020.

The results showed that the level of the student attitudes was moderate with an arithmetic mean (2.22).

The level of the knowledge of entrepreneurship was moderate with an arithmetic mean (2.29), and the level of the perceptions of entrepreneurship was moderate with an arithmetic mean (2.20).

The level of self-efficacy to entrepreneurship was moderate with an arithmetic mean (2.16).

There were no differences of specialization in the attitude, while the academic year had differences favoring the higher academic level.

The study recommends employing the positive student attitudes to disseminate the entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurship in the society and integrating entrepreneurship education in the different university education programs.
